With the combined efforts of Ligao City Mayor Patricia Gonzalez-Alsua and Congressman Fernando V. Gonzalez, the Community Police Assistance Center (a Ligao City PNP Sub-Station) at Nasisi, Ligao City was established and inaugurated on Ocotber 7, 2013 to ensure the safety and security of LigaoeƱos.

The Nasisi PNP Sub-Station headed by Police Senior Inspector Rizalde Recierdo, is responsible in ensuring the security, peace, and order in the Mayon unit which includes 11 barangays: Baligang, Amtic, Tambo, Basag, Nasisi, Nabonton, Binanowan, Herrera, Barayong, Busay, and Batang. Aside from ensuring the peace and order, the establishment of the PNP station will also invite investors to put up their business at Nasisi and thereby opening job opportunities for the local residents, said Nasisi Barangay Captain Jurlan Buello.

Barangay Nasisi is a strategic location for business establishments as it serves as an intersection of roads going to Oas and Polangui (North), Legaspi City (East), and Guinobatan (South). One of the business establishments that is soon to operate at Nasisi is the Jacem gasoline station, according to Barangay Captain Buello.

Motorists also developed discipline in terms of proper and safe driving since the Nasisi PNP Station put up a Checkpoint. Barangay Captain Buello also observed an improvement in peace and order as there is a decrease in ructions and disturbance in the area.
