New LTO District Office soon to open in Ligao City

The new Land Transportation Office (LTO) district office will be relocated at Sta. Cruz, Ligao City from its former location at Travesia, Guinobatan, Albay. The new office is expected to operate this 2014.

With a more convenient, safer, and bigger location, the LTO facility can now provide better service and make better transactions with the motorists, drivers, and clients of the third district of Albay.

Along with the establishment of national offices such as the Philippine Rice Research Institute, the PNP Albay Provincial Command office, and the expected Philippine Carabao Center, the LTO facility is yet another significant contribution to the development of the Ligao City through the effort of Congressman Fernando V. Gonzalez.  In addition, the construction of the new City Hall is also expected to commence this year.

Together with the establishment of national and provincial offices, the construction of the LTO facility will attract small and medium enterprises such as dining services, small eateries, office supplies stores, and other business establishments and services such as insurance agencies, emission testing centers, etc.
